In airfreight, speed is everything. A delayed response is a lost shipment, and a lost shipment is a lost client. Flyte's members — what the network calls "Local Heroes" — operate in fast-moving environments where partner communication needs to be instant, reliable, and contextually relevant. The existing tools available to members were fragmented: a mix of emails, WhatsApp threads, and manual directory lookups that created friction at exactly the moment when friction was most costly.
To address this, a dedicated mobile application was developed to bring the Flyte network to life in the hands of its members.
