Not if we've done our job. We train every automation on your real email history, your phrasing, your tone, your sign-offs. The replies sound like you because they're built from you.

We build escalation rules before anything goes live. Anything flagged as sensitive, unusual, or high-stakes gets routed to you with a summary — not sent automatically. And we catch edge cases in monthly reviews.

We use Google's OAuth — you grant access through your Google account, and you can revoke it any time. We never store your emails outside of what's needed to train the automation.

Both — depending on what you're comfortable with. We usually start with draft-and-review for new setups, then move to auto-send for email types you're confident about. You control the thresholds.

Yes. We integrate with HubSpot, Salesforce, Calendly, and most other tools using Make, n8n, or direct APIs. Email replies can trigger CRM updates, calendar bookings, invoice sends — the lot.
